Paste from Excel / Project
Copy rows from Excel, Smartsheet, MS Project, Primavera export, etc. and paste below.
Include a header row. Recognised columns (any order, case-insensitive):
Name/Task, Start, Finish/End, Duration, %Complete, Baseline Start, Baseline Finish, Group/Lane, Type, Critical, Predecessors, Float.
Dates accepted as dd/mm/yyyy, yyyy-mm-dd, or Excel serial numbers.

Create custom theme
Pick your brand and bar colours plus a palette used for Categories. Saved with the project and applied everywhere.
Windows & Snapshots
Capture the programme at a point in time (a delay-analysis "window"). Overlay any snapshot as ghost bars to compare planned vs current, or between windows.
Timeline range
Choose how much of the calendar the chart shows — add empty months before the first activity and after the last (e.g. lead-in and post-completion), or set exact start/end dates.
Legend
A colour key shown under the chart (and in exports). Rename items, change each colour swatch, add your own, or regenerate from the current categories.
Table columns
Show or hide columns, drag ⋮⋮ to reorder, and rename any column. These columns apply to the table in all three views (Gantt, Roadmap, AP-vs-AB). Add your own columns for extra data — their values are typed straight into the table. Tip: drag the right edge of any column header to resize it.

Theme
Applies a coordinated colour scheme to bars, swimlanes and branding across every view. Per-activity colours you set by hand are kept.
Working-day calendar
When enabled, task durations are counted in working days — weekends and holidays are skipped when calculating finish dates, dragging bars and running Auto-Schedule (critical path & float).
